Case Study 1

Wire drawing mill gearbox. Supplied in 1964 originally to a Sheffield mill, the gearbox as part of the wire drawing bull block subsequently went to the US , where it is still in service. An enquiry was received, with the gearbox rating plate and we were able to offer replacement main gears.

Case Study 2

Bevel Gearboxes for a rolling mill. Supplied in 1968 these bevel gearboxes were supplied as part of a rolling mill for a specialist application. The gearboxes are a special design and are part of the machine. The customer originally requested gears only but subsequently went for direct replacement gearboxes .
